BDO Unibank has acquired Rural Bank of San Juan Inc. and will assume its liabilities and recorded assets.
The transaction is expected to be completed by end-July this year, upon compliance with the closing conditions under the agreement.
RBSJI has 30 branches in Metro Manila and Luzon and is the largest ruralbank branch network in the Philippines.
