Miller acquires Japanese broker
The broker specialises in hull, war risks and protection & indemnity insurance.
Independent specialist reinsurance broker Miller has acquired Japanese broker Lead Insurance Services Limited.
Lead is a Tokyo-based broker founded in 1994. It specialises in hull, war risks and protection & indemnity insurance. Lead has a strong client base and has been working alongside Miller for a quarter of a century.

The announcement said the acquisition cements a longstanding relationship between the two businesses.
“This acquisition is a natural next step in our relationship and will enable us to build on Miller’s existing strength in the marine space which is a key class for us,” Greg Collins, CEO at Miller said.
