Income Insurance in talks with Allianz over shares

The transaction is not, in any way, final.

Income Insurance is currently discussing with Allianz regarding the transaction of its shares to the latter.

“Income Insurance wishes to emphasise that there is no assurance that any transaction will materialise or that any definitive or binding agreement will be reached,” it said in a statement.

Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing with the shares and to avoid any actions that may be against their interests.
