Chubb shuffles P&C leadership in Asia and A&NZ

Chris Gough and Hayden Baker will head P&C for Asia and Australia & New Zealand, respectively.

Chubb has recently made changes to its leadership in the Asia-Pacific region by appointing separate heads for its Property & Casualty (P&C) businesses in Asia and Australia & New Zealand. 

Chris Gough has been named as the new Head of P&C for Asia, while Hayden Baker takes on the role of Head of P&C for Australia & New Zealand. 

Both appointments are effective immediately.

Gough has been associated with Chubb for over ten years, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. 

He most recently held the position of Head of P&C for Australia & New Zealand.

In his new role, Gough will report directly to Paul McNamee, Regional President, Asia Pacific.

Baker joined Chubb five years ago and most recently served as the Head of Financial Lines for Australia & New Zealand.

He has extensive industry experience, having worked in underwriting and risk management roles in Australia and London before rejoining Chubb in 2017. 

Baker will report to Peter Kelaher, Country President, Australia & New Zealand.
