Chubb makes chief appointments in finance team

Their roles are effective 4 September.

Chubb announced three key executive appointments within its finance organisation, effective 4 September.

George Ohsiek has been appointed vice president, Chubb Group, and chief accounting officer.

Ohsiek, who currently serves as chief auditor for Chubb Group, will now oversee corporate and regulatory accounting, financial reporting, group-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and statutory and GAAP accounting policy.

He will also manage corporate and subsidiary controllers. Ohsiek succeeds Annmarie Hagan in this role.

Annmarie Hagan has been named vice president, Chubb Group, and chief financial officer of Operations & Technology and Transformation.

In her new position, Hagan will be responsible for FP&A activities for Chubb's technology and operations organisations, including real estate operations across Chubb's global footprint.

She will also track technology-related transformation initiatives, manage technology-related assets, ensure compliance, and oversee ESG-related financial reporting.

Lastly, Mong-Diep "Dee" Le will succeed Ohsiek as chief auditor. Le, who currently serves as executive vice president, Global Controller, will now be in charge of Chubb’s internal audit functions worldwide, including control processes and risk assessments. Chubb plans to announce a new Global Controller shortly.

The three executives will report to Peter Enns, Executive Vice President, Chubb Group and chief financial officer.

Additionally, Hagan will report to Julie Dillman, executive vice president, Chubb Group; senior executive, Operations & Technology; and Digital Transformation officer. Le will also report to the Chubb Limited Audit Committee.
