Zurich APAC launches Zurich Edge for digitally embedded insurance

Zurich Insurance has introduced Zurich Edge which aims to offer partners and their customers a seamless and enhanced approach to insurance through digital integration.

The insurer said this initiative is aimed at delivering digitally embedded insurance solutions across all Asian markets where Zurich operates.

Roopa Malhotra, head of customer & digital, Asia Pacific, Zurich said Zurich Edge takes a comprehensive approach to digital insurance by considering every aspect of the value chain. 

It aims to modernise the entire insurance experience, ensuring responsiveness to the evolving needs of partners and customers. 

Zurich Edge is targeted to business partners, enabling them to differentiate themselves and foster customer loyalty.
