Why you shouldn't miss the ABF Digital & Open Banking Conference
Top executives from Standard Chartered, Revolut and EY will attend the prestigious event.
After a successful inaugural run in Hong Kong, Asian Banking & Finance is bringing the Digital & Open Banking Conference to Singapore on 22 October 2019. The conference aims to serve as a platform for the region’s top banks to share the best digital transformation strategies amidst a fiercely competitive landscape.
Gathering the industry’s crème de la crème, the conference will feature engaging sessions and panel discussions on the rapid digitisation of Asia’s financial services industry and the corresponding changes being introduced to banking technology, culture and operations. In this shift, open banking constitutes a critical part of the agenda as the industry moves toward the creation of a larger and mutually beneficial ecosystem.
The whole-day event welcomes top bank executives, heads of payments and digital, consulting firms and banking associations and expects over 100 delegates. Confirmed speakers include Nauman Bashir, Head of Digital Banking at Standard Chartered Bank; Chris Lim, Partner, Advisory - Risk & Regulatory at Ernst & Young; Jakub Zakrzewski General Manager, APAC at Revolut; Shrikant Patil, Associate Partner, Digital, Technology and Analytics, Asia Pacific at Oliver Wyman, and Rohit Chowdhry, Vice President & Head of Business Development and Channel at OneConnect.
Last year's event saw prestigious speakers from Bain, HSBC, DBS Hong Kong, ZhongAn International, Celent and 9F International Business flying to Hong Kong.
